Yes. If an expert finds your message inappropriate or outside their area of expertise, they can reject it. You will receive a full refund of the coins you spent.

If an expert doesn't reply within 72 hours, coins are automatically refunded to your Acrota wallet. Cash refunds to your bank are available within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days, coins remain in your wallet for future use.
